Strawberry Cookie Jar

Hand-built ceramic cookie jar made from coils. A large strawberry shaped jar with a strawberry pattern on it. inspired by vintage American ceramics and kitsch art. I used my own handmade clay strawberry stamp for the strawberries, then carved around them. I painted the strawberries with underglaze, and made a lid to fit which was also painted with underglaze. Fired in cone 10 reduction in a Bailey Kiln. Not for sale.
